1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 7joy ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the 7joy online casino and sports betting platform, including all related services, features, and content available at 7joy.pro (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7joy strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion programme operated by 7joy. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from 7joy, you must not attempt to open a new account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Each account must be owned and operated solely by the individual registered account holder. Corporate, trust, or group accounts are not permitted.

7joy reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) from any player at any time in order to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 7joy only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same mobile number, same email address, same device, same payment method, or the same household — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7joy reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending a full investigation. Players who suspect their account has been duplicated in error should contact 7joy support immediately.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 7joy will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 7joy support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Verification (KYC)

7joy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. 7joy may request KYC documentation at any stage of the player relationship. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended and withdrawals may be withheld pending resolution.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to your 7joy account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 7joy accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 7joy does not charge a processing fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the player's own name will be rejected and refunded to the originating source minus any applicable third-party transaction fees.
• 7joy reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears to be made for purposes inconsistent with genuine gameplay, including suspected bonus abuse, money laundering, or fraudulent activity.
• Deposited funds are held in your 7joy account balance and are not held in a segregated trust account. 7joy account balances do not earn interest.
• 7joy does not accept deposits from third parties, including family members. Each player must fund their own account using payment instruments registered in their own legal name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 7joy will process approved withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank card withdrawals may take longer depending on the card network.

7joy reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in order to conduct anti-money-laundering checks, KYC verification, or fraud investigations. Players under active investigation may have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. 7joy will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure outside of 7joy's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7joy offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual bonus offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus conditions and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms will prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a bonus balance that is separate from your real-money balance. The bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of it can be converted to real money and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its individual terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are available for personal use only. A player may not transfer, sell, or assign a bonus to another player. Evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, or exploiting software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• 7joy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. A bonus that has already been credited to a player's account in full before any modification will be honoured under its original terms.
• Free spins granted as part of a bonus offer will be subject to a maximum win cap as specified in the individual offer terms. Any winnings generated by free spins above the stated cap will be removed from the account balance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7joy Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human play, including but not limited to automated betting systems, game-decision algorithms, or RNG prediction tools.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing hole cards in poker, or any other form of coordinated play designed to give one or more players an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or misconfigured game setting to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to 7joy support immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the Platform, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds or using the Platform as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or any subsequent account activity, including submitting forged or altered identity documents.

7joy monitors Platform activity for prohibited conduct using both automated systems and manual review. Investigations may be conducted without prior notice to the player. 7joy's determination following an investigation is final and binding. Players who believe an investigation outcome is incorrect may submit a formal complaint to 7joy support.

7. Responsible Gaming

7joy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. Gambling should be viewed as a leisure activity and never as a means of generating income or solving financial problems. 7joy provides a range of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available through their account settings or to contact 7joy support directly for assistance. 8. Intellectual Property

The 7joy name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 7joy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of 7joy. Unauthorised use of 7joy intellectual property may result in legal action. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Platform's content beyond those expressly set out herein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7joy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not 7joy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you in its entirety. In such cases, 7joy's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 7joy account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

7joy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 7joy will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In certain circumstances, 7joy may also notify registered players of significant changes via their registered mobile number or email address. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting 7joy support.
